This End User License Agreement governs your use of any digital content, downloadable materials, or software provided by Metro Detroit Firearm Training as part of the Service.
1. License Grant
Subject to these terms, Metro Detroit Firearm Training grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the licensed materials for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, or use the licensed materials to develop a competing product. Course recordings and instructional materials may not be shared outside your account.
3. Ownership
All right, title, and interest in the licensed materials remain with Metro Detroit Firearm Training and its licensors. No ownership is transferred.
4. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms or stop using the Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy any local copies.
5. No Warranty
The licensed materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Metro Detroit Firearm Training disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
